Rates
Our rates are between $90 and $130 per night (including breakfast) depending on the season. We also offer preferential rates for stays over 3 nights, please contact us for further details.


Cooked Breakfast
Our cooked breakfast includes: sausage, bacon, eggs, tomatoes, toast and preserves. You are free to choose your own breakfast time between 7:30 and 11am. A continental breakfast is also available if you prefer or if you have an early start. Tea and coffee facilities are in your room


Catering
Located behind the bar on the lower deck is a fridge/freezer, please feel free to use it to store your own drinks and food in. There is a microwave in your room for your use also please feel free to use the BBQ outside your room. Plates and utensils are available in your room.


Laundry
Drying. Located next to the fridge is a small tumble dryer and at the rear of the property there are washing lines you can use.

Smoking
For the benefit of other guests please refrain from smoking in the room, however please feel free to smoke at Murphy’s Bar where ash trays have been provided.


DVD Library
We have a large selection of over 70 DVDs which you are welcome to borrow, including childrens and adult titles. Alternatively, United Video (in the High Street) welcomes temporary members.


Activities
We would be happy to put together a picnic pack (cost $12/person) and can recommend several places locally where it is lovely to spend the day picnicking.

Walking: There are hundreds of walks that we can recommend locally from either casual half an hour strolls to 12 hour hikes for the more experienced, just tell us when you want to go and how long you want to walk for and we will be happy to arrange drop off and pickup (cost $10-$30)

Kayaking half day (cost $40): We have a two man ride-on kayak we can make available to you, which we can drop off and pickup so you can see the Marlborough Sounds as they were meant to be seen, from the water.

Wine tours: Want to see some of the vineyards, enjoy a lunch at one of your choice and be able to enjoy a drink and not worry about driving? We would be happy to act as your personal taxi service while you tour the vineyards and are able to recommend the best (cost $30).

Boat trips: Lots of boats leave daily from Picton and we would be happy to let you know which we think are the best, to ensure you enjoy your stay.

Fishing: Want to catch a nice blue cod locally? Ask us about fishing tours. Or why not hire your own boat? Please just ask and we will be happy to recommend the best spots.

Places to eat: We have tried them all so just ask. If you want us to drop you off and pick you up locally we can (cost $10), if you want to go further a field please just ask and we can arrange.

Bikes: We have a couple of bikes you are more than welcome to borrow (cost free).
